is a must for anyone who wants to cook healthy food that’s flavorful and easy and who wants to giggle while they do it!! You won’t spend all day in the kitchen, either! Most of the recipes take less than an hour to prepare. There are many that are simple enough to help those beginner cooks to amp up their cooking skills and there are more involved dishes that the more experienced cook can work with and change at will!
About the Author:
I have been a health and fitness expert for over 15 years and busy women (and some men!) mostly over 35 years old, are my specialty. I wanted to do something to make their lives a little easier. Since I have been cooking healthy for my friends and family for years, I had a fairly solid base from which to start. I did some additional research, browsing and reading through hundreds of cookbooks, looking for one that contained not only healthy, great tasting recipes, but that had pertinent information on vitamins and minerals, interesting food facts, recipes that didn’t take forever to prepare and cook and that was fun and entertaining. It was a tall order to fill. I found none that fit the need, so I took everyone’s advice and wrote one myself.
I have been writing articles on healthy lifestyles for the web and various magazines for the past 10 years.
This cookbook is an offshoot of a combination of my experiences and encouragement of the actual reactions and responses to many of the recipes in this book by friends and family.
